Only one account per person is allowed. One account Permitted. However, creating multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed and all bonuses forfeited. Please register with honest and accurate information.

On the login page, "Forgot your password?" Click the option. Enter your registered phone number and an OTP will be sent to you. Once verified, you can set a new password. The entire process takes 2–3 minutes.

After logging in, you can update your email, phone number, and personal details from your profile settings. However, changing your name requires identity verification. Please contact support.

Phone number verification is completed during registration. Full identity verification (KYC) may be required for withdrawals. This is for the security of your account.

To close your account, submit a written request to kfb support. Once the request is verified, your account will be closed. Please withdraw your balance before the closure.

For security reasons, withdrawals are generally processed through the same method used for the deposit. In special cases, contact support and an alternative arrangement may be made.

Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly. First, Wagering Requirement must be met. Once the requirements are fulfilled, winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn. See the Bonus section for details.
